page 27, 127 - covers the coffee break during the tour stage last summer.

page 27, first paragraph (AFLD) but it states clearly that other anti doping agencies can under the regulations can perform the testing under the jurisdiction of Wada Anti doping Code.

Is Pat saying the French are not trustworthy ?

this is very strange:

does this mean the riders, team have 30 minutes before the sample is taken ?

page 31, 152

the sample may not be delayed , for example to await the arrival of an interpreter, attendant."


confused again by the delay/30 minute delay

Read Ch I, Para 2-5 to answer your first question.

For your other points, the page/para you cite is applicable for In-Competition tests, after the finish of an event.
