Rebellin is not a fool. He knew from Rico that there was an effective test for CERA yet he appears to have taken CERA for the Olympics.
So does this suggest he believed he would not be found out, he thought he had an effective protection. OK it did not work for him but the advice must have been that it would.
Now that would fit with some recent results in Europe where some race results suggest medical assistance yet passed drug screening. Bad news I'm afraid.
