As recently as a few weeks ago Rick was working at Tom Danielson's training camp in Tucson. That raises a few flags. There are a lot of other people who don't a have a doping past who could do Rick's job if all he is doing is helping the campers.
Driving a car and handing out bottles is a highly skilled position that should only be performed by trained professionals

He's accomplished his spin then, which means he's done his job here. He's going to paint it like that of course. Wasn't he buddies w/Wonderboy at one point?

As an analog consider the addict just thru rehab but not really committed: He may be sober but wants to keep ties with certain friends who can supply if/when he needs it ... maybe someday ... don't want to burn any bridges ya know.
