As recently as a few weeks ago Rick was working at Tom Danielson's training camp in Tucson. That raises a few flags. There are a lot of other people who don't a have a doping past who could do Rick's job if all he is doing is helping the campers.

As an analog consider the addict just thru rehab but not really committed: He may be sober but wants to keep ties with certain friends who can supply if/when he needs it ... maybe someday ... don't want to burn any bridges ya know.
