Has anyone seen this movie?
If not, I highly recommend you do so. I once read a quote from someone who said suffering is the currency of cycling, and this movie proves it.
Rising from Ashes documents the evolution of the Rwandan cycling team headed by Tom Ritchey and Johnathan Boyer. All of the riders survived the genocide, and they used cycling as a way to put the pieces of their lives back together.
I was stunned to see them training on 25 year-old bikes, and deeply moved when they got back on and started all over with renewed conviction after getting shelled in U.S. races.
Definitely worth your time.
