Any feedback on previous customer service from these guys appreciated. Ordered some goods from the shop on Express delivery and received them well outside the stipulated timeline. Now being evasive in response to my emails requesting a refund for delivery and being given the run-around with numbers to call.

Don't get me wrong, love the products.
