It wasn't evil or clinicky (except in a very indirect way). I asked him if he didn't think he was naturally (wink wink) more suited for one-day races rather than for GTs, and what made him focus on stage races when he sucked at them at the beginning of his career but he was quite fast and punchy in the hills. Then I asked if it would have been different if he had been Italian or Belgian.

I keep thinking it was the Australian based RIDE magazine, but I'll have to check to be certain. They had an edition that had a section devoted to Spanish cycling/teams/riders and I'm thinking that was it.

I doubt it was ride because I am a regular suscriber to that and don't remember them doing such a piece. They recently did a piece on Rodriguez and the history of the vuelta but nothing actually on Sanchez if my memory is correct.
