Should the UCI board resign?

Following the USADA report re-instating past era as one of (if not) the darkest in cycling. Do we feel the board of the UCI should take responsibilty for its failure to maintain a clean and fair sport?

Dang! How nice would it be for McQuaid to be fired? I am really, really hoping Bruyneel's arbitration hearing goes forward so we can hear about how exactly he got advanced notice of all those tests. McLoser has some explaining to do.
