This looks heavy, bulky, time consuming to install, and likely to rattle around in your seat tube. There are existing GPS tracker solutions that are much more compact and light weight, which are more elegant solutions in search of the same problem. By the time your bike gets stolen, you'll have stopped bothering to charge the battery, the coax for the antenna will have corroded, and you'll have stopped paying the network fee for the SIM card. The aesthetics are suggestive of something that escaped from 1994.
I've already got something that tracks my cycling activity, and it's called a brain. Right now it's telling me I didn't ride anywhere on the weekend, which is probably why I'm even more cynical than usual. If I wanted to stroke myself on Strava, there's nothing to stop me logging activity on my smartphone, or getting something like a Garmin which also does useful things like real-time navigation.
