I just purchased a pair of Sidi road shoes (Genius) on eBay. Turns out that the sole is configured for 4-bolt Speedplay cleats and I ride Look pedals/cleats. I've seen adapters to go from Look to Speedplay, but not the other way around. Do they exist? If an adapter is available, is this a good idea or should I convert over to Speedplay pedals/cleats? Hate to change...

I have had 2 Genius versions and both had typical 3 screw configuration.. The ferrule might be there. I have had outstanding support from Sidi, I crashed in the shoes.. Twice!! Ripped off entire strap and ratchet device !! I emailed their customer service and they sent me new items.. The first time they sent the parts, I received them, they later sent me a message saying that they couldn't process my credit card.. It got worked out they got paid ..I suggest that your first possible solution come from Sidi Support.. I think they are great!!
And if you want more horror to honor!! I had issues with Fizik shoes, same thing crashed, ripped boa off, sent them a request, they got me repair parts for cheap!! And I had another crash a few years ago and lost the little snap in Fizik seat badge..they never responded to my email.. Instead they just sent me a new name badge in the mail free of charge!!
Go to Sidi site and send them a message I am sure they can get you sorted..
And I know people think high tech everything..
But if there is no 3 hole configuration, you can do it with a drill, drink a shot or two to steady your hand and drill it out..
