Stupid Head Badge Question

The headbadge fell off my Titanium frame road bike. What's the best way to glue it back on? Or should I say what glue?

If the frame builder can't attach it correctly in the first place then don't bother re-attaching it.

Clean with acetone, thin coating of JB Weld.
