Guess I should have made it known this commercial has been airing primetime and it seems to be very effective at grabbing attention.

Unfortunately imo, it reinforces an existing disrespectful stereotype of cyclists as a group. While the commercial harmlessly depicts "individuals" doing nothing more than singing and/or dancing to the song, it seems to really only point out cyclists as the freaks going nowhere and expressing their weirdness by riding in the middle of the road, wearing matching costumes, lacking individuality, and riding shakely slow.

Those who identify cyclists with these annoying attributes are probably likely to take a close look at the product being sold. Makes me wonder just how big that market is.
