MSR is a critical race for Pogacar. He really needs a good team to destroy Cipressa. I hope Remco can be there next year because his team can be a good ally to UAE.

I just want him to win MSR because this schedule from strade-LBL is just too long. If he wins MSR, he can still ride it but relaxed and not in optimal shape. Imagine Pogi peaking just for E3, GW, RVV and PR. Now he has three periods in spring 1)GC one week race, Strade , MSR, 2)Cobbles and 3)ardennes. Just too much.

That would be interesting. For me, M-SR delivered the best finale this spring. Although when I think about it, I don't see how another team would make much difference against van der Poel in such form. An absolute beast of a rider.

A pity that Petersen and Pogačar could not go all the way in P-R. Looking forward to his duels with Vingegaard. I hope everyone can be at his best this time.

Next year, I believe he will not race UAE Tour. He can probably start his season in SB and do a full peak for RVV/PR

The difficult part was breaking the Cipressa, and he did it this year. Pogacar doesn't need Remco at San Remo. And Remo is useless for Pogacar in a sprint. .

He needs Remco in MSR. He wasn't able to crack MVP so more riders to put a harder tempo is better for Pogacar.

No mate. Soudal can work before Cipressa with UAE. This is why Remco is important, without Remco, Soudal will not work.

I'm not. I know Soudal is not very strong but before Cipressa, any team has riders to work because MSR is a sundat ride until the last 40 km (when we hit Berta).

I'm not convinced that another team would want to help make the race for Pogačar, but indeed trying to make the race as hard as possible might be the final puzzle piece. I'm looking forward to next year. Hope all protagonists make it back there.

Soudal's best bet is trying to win with Remco.

No other team wants that and Soudal in particular will probably have more ambition with someone like Magnier in the future, for this race.
