The Amazing Race to Most Top10 Without a win - 2015 Edition

WT races (I've included Nationals, but we could decide otherwise).
I'll need help to keep track of all riders:
So far I've got:

Sagan - 8
Felline, Boonen, Theuns, Bole - 6
Gilbert, Simon Clarke - 5
Kwiatkowski, Hivert, Tom Dumoulin, Ruben Fernandez, Van Avermaet, Lulu Sanchez, Andres Torres, Swift - 4

Last year Kelderman was above 20 by the end of the year. Maybe somebody had more, don't know.

How do you define "WT race"?

Richeze had 26 (with the points classification in the Vuelta, 25 without it) without any win in 2013 :D

14 of those were 2nd or 3rd places!

Adrian, Roberto, Ariel or Mauro?

I'm keeping an eye on Marco Marcato for old times sake. His 2010 tally - 25 top 10's, no wins - was quite something, especially for a guy like him who's not a super specialized type of rider. Two top-10's so far in 2015.

Francesco Gavazzi might be interesting too, he's ridden three races so far, with two 2nds as results.

I like this thread. :)

I've been keeping count as well, but for some reason my numbers are different to yours. I've got;

9 - Theuns, Sagan
8 - Boonen
7 - Gene, Bole, Bouhanni

UPDATE

Theuns missing out in Driedaagse van West-Vlaanderen (a 12th and a 13th place for him). But Sagan bonks and can't finish off what looked like a sure top10 in Strade Bianche!

And with such a beastly Kristoff, Bouhanni looks to take them over by the end of Paris Nice.

Also Boonen injured: very sad news :(

9 - Theuns, Sagan
8 - Boonen, Bouhanni
7 - Gene, Bole, Felline, Van Avermaet, Planckaert

Nice thread. A few more

9 - Theuns, Sagan

I love this thread. The ambiguity of the achievement that it represents (except, possibly, for lead-out men). The ability to drop off the leaderboard simply by winning a race. The different stories behind the different numbers. The incredible achievement combined with some kind of failure.
