With Tiberi riding the Vuelta, he looks like the favourite now, unless he manages to win a stage.
And if he doesn't start a new race, a free Landa may end up in contention.Unfortunately, he got heatstroke...
However, hopefully this will be a case where - if he's healthy - the dispensation to start a new race, even though the race he dropped out of is still on-going, should be quite easy.
