I feel sad that he is retiring. He was a very versatile rider- who i liked.

Hopefully he can have a happy life/ continue in cycling.

Standing around the start line at the 2011 RvV, I noticed how popular Hincapie appeared to be among the rest of the peloton. A lot of riders from other teams sought him out to say a few words.

The post below will help explain why he is so well liked its a shame as he is the type of rider i like but when he wants people to lie under oath im sorry but that will be my lasting impression of him.

I like how when his one of his best friends chose not to lie under oath he supported him publicly and sent him supportive emails......err, maybe not
