A while back i saw a topic about what the biggest talents(by country) are according to you guys. I think its nice to start a new topic with the same idea but only with guys that are born in 1996 or later. I think its fun to look in 2 years how their progression went.

I will kick of with my own country Belgium(born) and the Netherlands(living now)

Belgium:
- Emiel Planckaert
- Sven De Witte
- Cedric Beullens
- Maxim BollÉ
- Robbe Ghys
- Igor DECRAENE

Netherlands:
- Pascal Eenkhoorn
- Bram Welten
- Tim van de Poel
- Alex MENGGOULAS

Jo Bloggs. Born 1992, precise date unknown.

Jo isn't a big prodigy yet, and hasn't done that much cycling, only the bmx stuff with friends he did when he was young.
Jo is in the US military. He served a term in Afghanistan but his commanders could see he wasn't made out for war.
He now works in the US Military's "medical research department".

In 2016 his reign begins.
