Its not striclty Froome related but two options are to have one everytime paul and phil mention that the french havent won a stage or everytime they mention quintana is from the Boyaka(?) provence in Columbia.

Thinking hard about this, and not all just froome related:

Finish your drink
...everytime a Sky domestique pops off.
...anytime a replay of a 2013 stage winner (tdf) raising their hands at the line is shown
...

Take a shot/full beer if
...Mollema or Ten Dam attack (outside of the red kite, we'll say)
...Rodriguez attacks on the penultimate ascent

Take a Drink:
...everytime the camera shows Evans, Schelck, or Voekler (If not in the break),
...everytime the camera shows Cav, Sagan, Greipel or Kittel, in the autobus
...for every breakaway rider that tries to latch on to the contenders as they go by.
..."flamme rouge","mailot jaune", "Champs E'lysees", or anything else french by the commentators
Depends on the broadcast you're watching, for some other opportunities. Where are you?

Once the break is established, chug a second for each team represented. Repeat if necessary.

Departamento de Boya, Colombia

If you don't mind ;)

Edit: Columbia could be the an federal jurisdiction in Washington, USA, British Columbia in Canada or a myriad of small places in North America

Just don't make the game anything to do with how many times Froome gets off his seat because, if you did, you will be guaranteed to be almost sober as you head out on your night in the town.
