Nope, no time bonuses. You can check te official rules to find out the points scales for different stages etc. It's in french though. http://www.letour.fr/2010/TDF/COURSE/docs/reglement.pdf

if you listen to the Versus's commentary. Those guys can't stop talking about them and how they might move a sprinter into yellow during the first week.

i seem to recall a 20 or something second gap ealry in last year's tour at the end of a bunch sprint....armstrong was among them...versus went crazy over his wiley, veteran tactics...
