Tour de France 2016 - Route from Pau

We would like to watch the tour somewhere on the 8th stage, somewhere between Pau and Lourdes. I can't seem to find a map of the exact route they will be taking before they get into the mountains to see where would be a good spot. Is the exact route map available yet and can anyone recommend a good viewing spot/s?

so either through Coarraze and Peyrouse or the other side by Espoey and Lamarque-Pontacq
