Trek Madone 3 series carbon.

I'm about to purchase a Trek Madone 3 series carbon Road bike, I love the Frame it's not to heavy and not to light like the Higher end Madone's i tested, I don't like the components/stem/seat/fork Are there any sweet upgrades i can put on the bike, I was thinking of putting all Easton/Ritchey parts on the bike is that a good idea.and may a DT swiss wheel set, money is not an issue, and help is appreciated, as well what the best racing/long rides seat thats also comfortable.would a campagnolo groupset fit on the Trek Madone 3 series.
