Roberto doped while he rode for Kelme right?
Roberto doped while he rode for USPS right?
Roberto doped while he rode for Liberty right?

Roberto was caught using EPO in 2005 while leading the Vuelta right?

But some of you complain "Roberto is BlackListed waawaa".

Seriously?
Are you sure you are upset because dopers are "blacklisted",
or are you upset because certain riders were NOT "blacklisted"?

Stop yer cryin' will ya? No one's upset they're guessing why some convicts get a job and why some don't. The UCI seems to be the background player, as a guess. No one said Roberto's pristine.

Polish, if riding for Saiz and Bruyneel are blacklistable offenses, then the UCI would have never allowed Comeback 2.0 and Contador would be out of the sport forever. Nice try.

You don't make any sense Polish. Everybody knows he doped in those teams. What we are trying to find out is why he was blacklisted why other known dopers are cycling scott-free?

Doping was probably at it's height during that time, and Roberto was no exception. No one is saying that. But no one really thinks anyone at the top was riding clean then, do they? Just go back to each GT and look at the top 20 and all the riders since caught. It's eye opening.

There are interviews out there with Roberto in Spanish (though he speaks some English) where he is definitely contrite and admits to making vague mistakes in his career. But he also continues to say he only wanted the UCI to admit that it didn't follow normal testing procedures with his results (which he is correct on). It's really hard to tell who he ticked off, beyond that.

Of note. There was talk he was pushed away from USPS or there was some animosity, but he doesn't have any towards Lance. He called him a great team leader and thought he could win the Tour in his comeback. Then again, maybe he was saying that to get a job riding for Astana/RS?

Who in their right mind would talk smack about LA, with his obviously manifest power and capital invested in cycling in general?

Particullarly with a rider looking to stay in scene? With what we all know, especially into his regard for former teammates, what rider would want to jump on that rotten bas*ard's toes?

Ángel Vicioso is out there riding, with nothing against his name.

1999-2002 Kelme-Costa Blanca
2003 ONCE-Eroski
2004-2005 Liberty Seguros
2006 Astana
2007 Relax-GAM
2008 LA-MSS
2009-2010 Andalucía-Caja Sur.

Is there anybody on earth who's going to contend that they don't think Ángel's been doping at some point in his career? I mean other than Ángel himself?

Yet he's riding. Heras disappeared five years ago and hasn't been seen in a race since.

That's the discrepancy that's being discussed here.

One of the many requirements for being "Black Listed" is getting busted or being a snitch/soupspitter/boatrocker/whiner/allaround ****.

Ángel Vicioso has never been busted, and I will guess that he is not a S/S/B/W/AD either.

Therefore, no blacklist for Ángel.
