With the Vuelta missing " Mosquera " through a combination of factors is it not time that the " RULES GOVERNING " DOPING " be clarified so that there is more " Visibility " regarding those sanctioned or awaiting sanctioning ?

Currently he is not the only racer who is living in limbo through " procedures " which appear to be ineffective or long winded !

It sounds like Mosquera is headed down the same road as Mancebo and Sevilla. He will really rip the climbs up in the Tour of Utah.

What the heck are you talking about? There's no transparency and total control of the entire dope testing process.

It's working great. Shining example for other pro sports.
