Rather inconsiderate to fail to post the details here, requiring people to click the link.

They are looking for racers who train and race with power meters. The mail address is British, but there is no indication if it's just for British riders or world-wide. There are no details on how long the study will take or what kind of cooperation is expected from the participants. All in all, it seems more like the effort of a first-year student than a serious invitation by a reputable institution. If the people doing the study aren't willing to spend 30 minutes to write a serious invitation, how well will the study be run and how will they treat the participants? Magic 8 ball says: pass.
