Just getting into this cycling malarkey - it's addictive and we've booked to come to Spain for week 3 starting off with the time trial on Wednesday until the Saturday night - I have no idea about where to go, what time to go, walk, car? When do they close roads.... Tips much appreciated... Very excited!!

Vuelta is very fans friendly so its a good race to visit.Except those climbs like Angliru (this year maybe Alba) you can arrive here at the day of a competition and 2 or 3 hours bfcore the riders you can ride those climbs without any problem. As for the car you can usually park it in the valley before the climb.Specific is a itt, there I would recommend you some tough curve few kilometres before the finishing line. And also you shoul visit a stage depart in the last week!

Unfortunately for you, this 3rd week is quite week parcourse wise unlike previous years, but it depends how the GC is decided or not of course :)
Enjoy the Vuelta fiesta!
