Telmisartan, an atypical angiotensin II receptor antagonist with apparent partial PPARδ receptor agonist properties (prohibited under S4.5.b), was added to the Monitoring Program to assess the abuse of this substance.

This is so 2012.

Your forgot to add this monitoring program list to your post TS...maybe want to take this link and edit/add it above.

Although it is one page, it provides some of the most controversial drugs/substances for performance enhancement, and it is so vague and random on the use of them, one wonders WTF they will consider doping or not. WADA so clueless.

If its on the monitoring program it is not 'on the list', but is beign checked for potential abuses.

WADA can't put drugs that are currently being used by athletes otherwise there'd be no sports.

"Potential abuse" exactly my point. WTF does that mean. Vague, irrational, hey, we can expedite and back date that for you.

ROFL...indeed. That is what is so strange...abuse of corticorsteroids...they should really explain that one further.

Take caffeine for example. Used to be banned.
Sensibly was taken off the list, despite being slightly performance enhancing in endurance sports (ergogenic aid). Its being monitored more for abuse in terms of high dosing, which potentially puts athletes at risk. (Cardiac issue etc). That would be as a straight up stimulant, so sprints and the like.

At those levels it is actually performance decreasing in endurance sports.
