We are a group of about 20 of mixed abilities age and stamina wise. Every year we choose a destination in Europe to cycle. We prefer to have a base hotel and then cycle out from there with various looping rides. In the past we have done Northern France ( Bayeaux) , Loire Valley ( Saumur and Blois) and Majorca ( Port de Pollenca)

Ideally we want some ideas for a new destination in Europe where the cycling isn't too onerous climbing wise. We do between 80-120ks a day. The base should be town with a good selection of restaurants to visit in the evenings.Any ideas would be most welcome.

Bourgogne (but not the Morvan hills)? Beautiful countryside, loads of small medieval towns, great food, and probably dreamy for the wine lovers.
