What bad things has Pat McQuaid done?

As Cycling Ireland members contemplate backing Pat for a 3rd term, can Clinic readers give reason as to why he doesn't deserve nomination?

Also a personal favorite is the July 11 video interview of McQ where he said Sky was going to win the TdF. Not sure if he is that corrupt or just that stupid.

Pat was involved in screwing the Olympic and Worlds track programme, so no points race or individual pursuit just endless sprinting comps and the madison which is a pretty lame event IMO.
