What happened to nyvelocity.com?

Since sometime yesterday, nyvelocity.com just has a Toto-style cartoon of Leipheimer (i.e. just the top half of his head) with a balloon saying "What's the matter, losers? Owl got your site?"

Anybody know what's up with that?

I believe they have problems with their servers. not hacked like they were before.
