What is the best BB Grease?

Next home project is to service my BB, the Chris King Shimano specific BB.

I've read a lot about how great the Campy White Lithium Grease is, but is it really that much better than the White Lithium I can get at the hardware store up the road?

Is Motor Oil that much better for race day?

What do you guys recommend for; everyday commuting, training, and racing?

Note: I thought there was already a thread on this but couldn't find it. So I'm sorry if this is a repeat.

I use the shimano yellow stuff and the 'green oil' for the chain. Works for me.

Grease is 'oil in soap'..use any grease, doesn't really matter.
