Which member of staff will Sky miss the most?

Isn't that interesting how Sky present it like they'd rather he was somewhere else and not have to bother with him, when, for lots of reasons they may well rue the one member of their team to leave not related to "zero tolerance policy"

F*ck Yes! How the f*ck did i forget him?? I suppose it was because i just copied the names from the post and didn't really think about it.
That's gonna cost them albeit they didn't really set their team around him this year anyway. To have the best sprinter leave ain't good!
IF you notice all of the contenders are doping related so probably why they forgot as well.
I also forgot to include Barry - D'oh don't think it would have made too much difference though..

Not sure they are all doping-related. Dowsett? Flecha? Nordhaug?

Cav's disappearance depends how you measure things. In terms of winning GTs then he is obviously peripheral, if not a hindrance due to his aims being other things than winning a GT. However, in the sprinting department then surely Sky wont win as much next year.

If Contador and A Schleck are on form and take the tour then maybe Sky will wish they had a plan B.

Thanks for the correction - no don't think Flecha, Dowsett etc are doping related.

With regards Cav, personally think he's a very hot property to lose and the hottest property of those that have left Sky.
However don't think he was a good fit in terms of Sky's plans i.e dominating GT's etc. So not sure in that respect if he will be missed as much as say Rogers who was a vital component in setting up the big wins of last season.
