That brings up at serious question. Who where the clean ones and why didn't they scream bloody murder when the lost.

Did you know that dopingtests in TDF 1969 was 3 riders each stage. The racedoctor an envelop for every stage in the race. Inside was the rules for the stage. Either top 3 on the stage or Top 3 in the general classification or finally 3 random riders.
Penalty for positive test? 15 minutes ekstra time in the GC. 2. positiv test 1 month suspencion
