Maybe a little negative but given its the Tour you can bet your bottom dollar that in a week many GC guys will either not be riding or out of contention
Also some sprinters and support riders will be gone or limping
And even with only 3 days to go there is bound to be someone (else not counting Cardoso) who doesn't make it to the start
So who is not making it past week 1 and why
And who will be out of GC contention (though still riding) and why
My favorite is Bouhanni who might not start as may be involved in an altercation in Dusseldorf
