In 2013 Omega Pharma Quickstep won the WC TTT.
Did the team ever wear WC jerseys in any subsequent TTT (grand tour for example)?

They got the same sticker the year before. Not much (to lokk at), but still a great achievement. I'm wondering what their team will be like this year. They lost half of their roster from last year. Martin, Kwiatkowski, Terpstra and Boonen alle said they will be in it. So did Uran, if he feels well enough until then. But who takes the last spot? Is Stybar fit enough, or de Gendt?!

I think the logo on the jersey is not enough for the winner of TTT. I think they should be allowed to wear special jersey on TTT stages through the year.Or at least sleeves with WC of ttt or something like this...

The issue would be that the TTT line-ups throughout the season will not necessarily match the previous year's WC line-up thus, under your scenario, may see a mix of WC jerseys and regular team colours.

I would agree that they should, however, be allowed to wear rainbow bands on their sleeves in all future TTTs.
