Andy only lost 6.38 seconds per km today to Wigan. So he's only starting with a 10 minute deficit to make up in the mountains :-D

I think they may have altered the course due to the number of level crossings crossing that area. A quick look via goolemaps reveals a load of them. I wrote an email to ASO asking how they would ensure that there would be no interuption of the event - how would they co-ordinate with train timetables? The potential for the race to be ruined is great. Did not get a reply.
