Why LA is not a doper (seriously)

You honestly think Zulle, Pantani and Ullrich were lazy compared to Armstrong? The 'dopers are lazy' story is the biggest misconception about doping that there is.

Why LA is not a doper (seriously)

For example? Can you show me an example of just one legal nutritional supplement that has an effect that is even close to that of EPO or blood doping and at least one peer reviewed scientific study showing it. I hate to be harsh but I think you are living in a dream world. If there are...

    Contadors recovery

http://autobus.cyclingnews.com/features/chain2.shtml This is a link to an extract from Willy Voet's book about Festina, he talks a bit about how the team organised systematic doping. They would probably be listed under medical expenses. Willy's book is pretty interesting. I find it kind of...

AFLD's Pierre Bordry Comments on Doping at Tour

Yeah, I agree. It normally gets full of crazy, but it's an absolute sh!t show at the moment. Pretty ugly. People getting banned etc. I'm staying away for a while still. Hopefuly it calms down before the Vuelta, or we will have to start talking about racing with secret doping headlines for...

AFLD's Pierre Bordry Comments on Doping at Tour

Cool. I can get a free TShirt! Although, probably not the thing to wear to my next club race. Hehe.

Is Geref the prefered doping product?

Novedex XT is banned by WADA and UCI, and you will fail a test for it. It will will show up pretty easily in a steroid test, as it appears as metabolites of Boldenone. So it would be a pretty poor choice. If you are at risk of failing a steroid test, may as well be taking a proper steroid.

Maybe the US public will realise that it's not a cycling problem

Maybe this will be baseball's Festina affair.

Maybe the US public will realise that it's not a cycling problem

From the New York Times - Cycling is seen by so many people as a 'dirty' sport, but it's probably the fact that it is so vocal about cleaning up itself, that it then is seen as dirty. Maybe the general public, who love to say things like "they're all on drugs" whenever you mention pro...

    Contadors recovery

There is no way his ego could handle that. This is the man who isn't happy with a Tour de France win. He wants multiple riders on the podium, and the team classification. I couldn't see him being happy with resting on his laurels for a one day race, let alone a year or two. And you would be...

Why cycling will never be clean

Which is a huge problem for the 'culture' of doping. Because it's harder to get away with doping at an elite level than it is in the 'middle' and entry levels. So athletes are exposed to a culture of doping from the start. You can be certain they aren't testing Cat 3s for EPO or HGH, but you...

What is up with this Philosophy?

Which would mean his accomplishments would be 4 grand tours. The same as Contador ;)

I have figued out what will stop me from watching.

If Kenny Van Hummel was doping, he needs to have a SERIOUS chat with his doctor!

Are any of the drugs safe?

I'm really confused at why you are attacking someone so personally? And so immaturely? Someone who has only participated in an intelligent and mature way, in an otherwise intelligent and mature conversation.

What is up with this Philosophy?

No one ever tests positive until they do. Just because you haven't been caught yet, doesn't mean you didn't do it.

Official "be nice" Lance Armstrong thread

It's frustrating. No one really seems to grasp this. Well, the blinded don't anyway.
