I've been reading some of the threads when I have the time. Just don't seem like a big deal in the end. Teams spew all kinds of pr crap about marginal gains, no needles etc., but when it comes to basic medicine for fundamental human needs...there's no problem. Show me actual doping, even a hint...
I think it counts for miles and fitness...less for developing bike skills. Nevertheless, being fit will help you make good decisions on the road cos your brains won't be all blotted from the effort....

1st world problems.
Personally i think it's fine to wear whatever you have access to and let your legs, heart, lungs and skills do the talk....t shirt and cutoffs, new or old team kit, nashbar jerseys, even holes are okay---just no thin/worn out lycra please.

Oh...cannabis works. Only if you believe pharma drivel would you think otherwise. Or never been interested enough to try it yourself when injured. It's incredibly effective for altering the perception of pain...but without addiction.
