Vingegaard isn't boring in interviews. He's honest, even mentioning the randomness of certain decisions he has made. I think in general interviews in cycling are more interesting than interviews in sports like football and tennis. At least these days.

Pedersen is more cautious than guys like Philipsen, he has made some wrong decisions in the sprints, and his leadout doesn't work. In addition, he doesn't seem to be in Giro shape on this side of the holiday.

Political protesters may like that position.

Big swerves by Pedersen. I couldn't see if they were legal. But not many points in it anyway.

I sometimes feel pity for the super sprinters - they have fewer chances these years. But then I watch stages like the one today and think "what's the point"?

Interesting to see if Lidl-Trek will botch their leadout again today. A top 5 for Pedersen could be useful.

Crazy how Vine could lose 15 minutes. He must have been walking on the last kilometers. (Two out of three commentators here expected him to win the stage with 20k to go.)

Theoretically the other riders in the group might get each their puncture.

Of course you would want Pedersen to get caught.

I believe the relation between Spanish and Portuguese is quite similar to that of Danish and Norwegian. But those estimates are normally based on written language. Dialects and other deviations make things harder in speech. Regarding Danish/Norwegian it makes a huge difference if it's Bokmål or...

More ill riders. I wonder if we'll see Vingegaard wearing a mask soon.

Danish journalists interview Træn in Danish (he answers in Norwegian). Which is cool. Does that happen elsewhere in cycling? Spanish reporters interviewing Portuguese riders in Spanish?

Besides, he has had success with this approach before. He is vulnerable to early attacks by guys like Vine though.
