Ineos is really becoming a winning machine, August's win today was their 17th this season. Hopefully August rides a GT soon, he already deserves it.

Great stage from Uno-X as well, putting almost their whole team of the from to help Johannessen reach 3rd place overall.

Very concerning signs for Red Bull, Lipowitz managed to narrowly keep his second place but was unable to follow Seixas when he attacked on the last Elosua climb and Roglič had a complete off day, he is known for struggling in cold rainy conditions but not like this.

Seixas confirms his GC win while putting on a show for the fans, great stuff.

After Blue Roads, unfortunately, left the forum there has a been noticeable decrease in the number of kidnappings.

He has the watts but his problem is to be consistent, what he has been throughout this week 🤔🤔🤔

Heck of a lot of DNFs. A lot must have suffered in the cold. Riciitello dropped like a stone. Hard conditions for tiny, skinny guys I guess.

Another very young race winner. Please, cancel the young riders' competition in all races (or at least reduce it to a under 20 contest). If you're sorry for having less competitions with jerseys, introduce a seasoned rider's competition (and I'm not even kidding).

A truly thrilling stage race this year. Seixas was clearly the strongest and always ready to launch his own attacks. Lipowitz tirelessly tried to attack at the front, but to no avail. EF rode strongly as a team, even if their success was limited in the end. Uno-X were very active every day and, through a team effort, got their captain onto the podium.
Another observation: the supposedly big teams aren’t currently as convincing as they have been in the past. UAE are struggling more than last year without Pogi and del Toro – even though they were strong across the board again today, it wasn’t enough in the end. RBH, on the other hand, might do well to have a clear captain so that the number two can act as a support rider.
And on the final day, the weather once again tore the entire field apart. So much so that even riders from the leading group didn’t make it to the finish line in the end.

Looked like a great stage. Congrats to Paul Seixas for literally weathering the storm and securing the GC win by an impressive 2'30". Was stripped of teammates and even launched an attack so that is also impressive by him. Predictions of him fading proved unfounded.

Congrats to Andrew August and Ineous for the stage win. To be honest, the first I've heard of this guy. Only 20, won't be the last.

Very hard and cold stage. It looks like good riders suffered dramatically in these conditions.

Roglic came in 23 minutes behind the winner so that was his Itzulia.

Congrats to young Seixas on the overall - UCI need to rethink the U23, Juniors etc categories as they seem outdated in this day and age of teen wonders.

A man nearly twice his age came in fourth so chapeau Izagirre!

I was suggesting that on here few years back didn't get much love that idea, although I still think it would be kind of cool.

Should stage races have a masters classification/jersey?

With masters competitions gaining in popularity I feel its long overdue that at least some stage races (are there any that Im not aware of?) start introducing some kind of classification for the older pros in the peloton. At the same time top riders are getting younger and the leader of the...

It's a bit annoying that changes are implemented so slowly in many sports. There are very few examples of new things being introduced to soon, while there are plenty of examples of the opposite.

We know from tennis and golf and other sports that older athletes are very popular, so I'm certain it would be a success to have a "legend's jersey" or whatever it should be called.

The least interesting thing to celebrate in cycling these years is a 21-year-old doing well in a stage race.
