Thats my opinion that those are a couple of the questions LA lawyers are going to ask. If you dont think they will be asked thats your opinion. but you would make a horrible lawyer if you didnt ask them.

He's not claiming USADA has not jurisdiction over him. he's challenging USADA's protocol and accountability for investigating athletes.

The difference between the Federal investigation and USADA's investigation is the Feds were looking to prove a criminal act had occured(ie, tax evasion, misappropriation of gov money etc..). USADA is not looking to prove a criminal act, they are only looking to prove evidence of doping.

What you forget is Rolland lauched the 1st attacks at the bottom of Alpe d huez (after the evans group caught up) and was then caught by Contador after he attacked and then by Sanchez after he attacked. 2nd Rolland did what any young rider would do, Sanchez and Contador are the big cycling...
