    Canadian Classics 2025

Oh my...some people really find it hard to enjoy cycling. And it's not just you, there are several others too. I'm really sorry...

Vuelta a España Vuelta 2025, stage 20: Robledo de Chavela - Bola del Mundo - Puerto de Navacerrada (164.8 km)

With all the chaos, it's not very easy to rate this edition, but it's not even close to the worst GT I've followed entirely. There have been some horribly boring Giri and Tours. This one had some intriguing, albeit insignificant, moments. Worst Vuelta...maybe...can't say I remember all of them...

Teams & Riders Giulio Pellizzari: Super Sub

Both Pellizari and Lipowitz had better GT results than Roglic this year

Vuelta a España Vuelta a España 2025, Stage 17: O/El Barco de Valdeorras – Alto de El Morredero (143.2k)

I hope he improves massively, convincingly, headache-inducingly next year, we don't have enough internal ego-bruising wars in the peloton, one of few things left to enjoy these days

With all the trouble and worries, I start to dream moving around the grand tour, make Turul Romaniei a 3-week race or whatever. It's a sad Vuelta.

A sorry finale to the most romantic breakaway duo possible

That's why it is my "worst", while is also the best-preserved

    Vuelta a España Vuelta a España 2025, Stage 13: Cabezón de la Sal – L’Angliru (202.5k)

My best/worst Angliru memory is still Horner grinning all the way through the mist while distancing Nibali. You're just not supposed to look so happy on Angliru, almost Jack Torrance-happy.

    João Almeida - Bota Lume

That's impressive, maybe the most he's ever been

    Vuelta a España Vuelta a España 2025, Stage 13: Cabezón de la Sal – L’Angliru (202.5k)

We're lucky there's no separation between the two upfront, we would have missed it since the director decided to keep equal coverage time among the four groups. Cycling...

How To Say my name! Pronunciation thread

I don't remember this thread ever existed, so sorry if this has been asked before, but since it's Vuelta time, I think of Rein of Xoret de Cati and Picon Blanco, did the English commentator always pronounce his name right? And his compatriot/former teammate Gert with 5 consecutive vowels in his...

    Vuelta a España Vuelta a España 2025, Stage 10: Sendaviva – Larra-Belagua (175.3k)

I don't miss GT stage for trivial reason, such as horrible route😁 I only complain afterward then come back the next day. Guess I'm one of those.

    Vuelta a España Vuelta a España 2025, Stage 10: Sendaviva – Larra-Belagua (175.3k)

Everytime it indulges itself in series of highways and unipuerto stages, the Vuelta always gives me the vibe of an inflated Middle Eastern races in terms of dreary repetitiveness. And as it's a grand tour, I'm always compelled to follow it like a chore. Riders are the only aspects that give it a...
