For the team's sake they need to have medical records that have already been turned over and stand up to forensic scrutiny. To a layman, double concentration seems somewhat high even if he was puffing to the limit. Looking at the WADA code that's 8 puffs of a 100 mcg inhaler in a 12 hour period...
