Tour de France Stage 2 Brussels - Spa, 192 km Monday, July 5 2010

It was directed about the AG2R rider on the left, Maxime Bouet, for breaking the line surging forward for second place on the stage. Not sure where Voeckler figures given the question that was asked.

Sounds like Tony didn't see what happened.

    Giro's Unluckiest Rider?

You're right; don't worry though, I'm sure Cadel will at some point. :)

Rediscovering an admiration for C. Evans

You see, this is where you and your ilk have problems. When I use the phrase "obnoxious chamois sniffers," I am referring to you. I hate you and people like you, not Cadel. Your inability to see things from any other perspective than from the "Cadel is the best rider ever" perspective makes...

Rediscovering an admiration for C. Evans

I see the truth still hurts? Only when I read the forums; the first part of my post illustrates how I feel about him when I don't have to read through ridiculous fanboyish posts to get to the heart of a discussion Seems perfectly sensible to me. I just dislike it when people rag on the...

    Giro's Unluckiest Rider?

Who had control over what team he went to? Feel bad for him because he made a poor choice..

Rediscovering an admiration for C. Evans

The only thing I dislike about Evans is the obnoxious bunch of chamois sniffers that support him on this forum. They make it really, really easy to pull for him to do poorly. With regard to the man himself, he's earned a lot of respect with his performances in this Giro. The old Cadel...

    Giro d'Italia Stage 19: Brescia - Aprica (195km)

...and my point was that you don't know that they wouldn't have. They look like the never even contested his surge, which is in-line with them gifting him the stage, so I don't know how you can say they weren't going to win it anyways???

    Giro d'Italia Stage 19: Brescia - Aprica (195km)

Maybe he would have, but the fact that neither Basso nor Nibali contested the finish makes it seem that much more likely that there was an agreement...unless I'm missing your point...

evans, Basso, doping, who's not doping thread!

I don't know if I agree with that; I think you'd be hard pressed, on paper, to find one team better suited for the Giro than Liquigas. They really seem to be underrated by quite a few people.

    Giro d'Italia Stage 19: Brescia - Aprica (195km)

When was the last time that someone left a team that wasn't able to support him properly to move to a team that was even less capable of providing the necessary support? Cadel made his bed. I really wish people would stop acting like this isn't his fault.

    Giro d'Italia Stage 19: Brescia - Aprica (195km)

Sorry mate. That's completely my fault. I knew I shouldn't have had my gun to his head, forcing him to choose a team that I knew wouldn't be able to support him in the mountains. Again, my fault. I apologize.
