Tour de France 2020 | Stage 17 (Grenoble - Méribel Col de la Loze, 170 km)

It's sickening to think that Quintana, the ultra mythical climber, will be dropped by at least 15-20 riders on La Loze.

Tour de France 2020 | Stage 15 (Lyon - Grand Colombier, 174.5 km)

To be honest I expect N. Quintana to lose the Tour tomorrow. His third crash was quite nasty.

https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/nairo-quintana-abandons-criterium-du-dauphine-on-final-stage-citing-knee-pain/ Bad news, it smells not good, we have to wait 2021 to see the real Quintana in a GT

    Critérium du Dauphiné 08/12 > 08/16/20

Quintana isn't the same rider since his crash in Colombia recently, 10 days without training is enormous at this level, I don't think he can reach his February/March watts in 2/3 weeks.

Teams & Riders Nairo Quintana discussion thread

Some years ago, at the top of La Toussuire (TdF 2015), I was retrospectively right, unfortunately. As a Quintana's supporter, I was wondering already if he could ever win TdF one day, versus Froome or not. He's no longer the next mythical climber that we've dream of, time flies so fast. However...

In fact the last 300 meters got some cobblestones, 4% I would say.

2017 Worlds BERGEN, NORWAY, RR ELITE, SUN 24th 277KM!

N Quintana is done for this season, don't think he's still in contention for any race now.

    Vuelta Stage 21: Arroyomolinos → Madrid - 118km

Imho, the points classification of the 3 GT should be a battle between sprinters and GC riders, so the hybrid system of the Vuelta is the best thing we can have. When the rule is "hybrid", the entertainment is here.

Green, white and red, now Froome wants to win the Giro I guess.

    Vuelta Stage 21: Arroyomolinos → Madrid - 118km

Froome wants to keep green jersey, I call this respect and sportsmanship. It's good for the race. Hinault style !

    Vuelta Stage 21: Arroyomolinos → Madrid - 118km

Froomey fully deserves to win this Vuelta, but to me it's a melancolic day : AC retires, summer is gone and GT's season is over. Don't know if you have the same f****** feeling.
