2009? 2010? Of course all the early years are completely suspect, and it would be hard to find a clean 2nd or 3rd podium placer to receive the jersey. What blew me away is that he is accused of bad samples as recently as 2009 and 2010. That takes extreme cojones.

What are the online options for watching the Tour live this year? I bought a $20 subscription for the Giro through Universal and it was great. Otherwise I watch Eurosport etc. Does MSNBC offer an online subscription?
