    Hip Discomfort

I appreciate the advice. I have been using a rowing machine for a few months, no snapping or popping. It's just recently that I've been starting to put in mileage on the trainer that this has started acting up

    Hip Discomfort

I agree diagnosing via the forum is not the best idea, I'm just looking for some ideas. I know my mileage will vary

    Hip Discomfort

I'm just getting back into riding after decades off the bike. I've adjusted my bike fit to my current shape and flexibility. It's been comfortable so far. However, the last couple of rides have had my right hip wanting to keep contracting at the top of the pedal stroke. This has been continuing...

2013 Tour de France, Stage 4: Nice / Nice 25km (TTT)

From the Tour de France rule book: Based on this, arguably the committee should have allowed him to proceed. The 'incident' which caused his delay was the fault of the race organizers and the officiating crew. I don't have the avg speed of OGE, but I thought I heard that the speed was...

Why I'll Never Cheer for a British Team

As an American and kid's basketball coach, I was embarrassed by that game. One thing I've always preached is that you never run up the score. That game was over by half-time. They should have used the second half as a practice for games that were coming up.

Why I'll Never Cheer for a British Team

While I won't say that I've cheered for the British team, I have cheered for a number of British riders, Sir Chris Hoy is one of them. The comments about him being involved with the planning of this option has certainly tainted him as far as I'm concerned.

Why I'll Never Cheer for a British Team

This isn't becaue I'm a 'Brit-basher' I would have said the same thing about any team that would have laid it down to protect a placing.

Why I'll Never Cheer for a British Team

After reading all of the information about how the Olympic team from Great Britain pushed the envelope of rules by having an ambiguous way to purchase the Olympic bikes through their website, to have the latest admission by the British team just makes me sick. It may be in letter of the...

Phil Liggett on Olympic Track events

Speaking of crashing out, it seems that there should be some rule changes in track cycling to avoid a situation where a competitor can admit to an intentional crash to get a restart. http://velonews.competitor.com/2012/08/news/britains-hindes-admits-to-crashing-purposely-in-team-sprint_232933...
