    He was very enthusiastic. At the top of the first climb he was even waving at us spectators. A few times I felt a strong downdraft from the blades.

    Went down to Ans to watch the finish and for me was a great race today. Ans is so easily access compared to Amstel. Parked up and in 10 mins on the finish line. Great atmosphere - people bbq-ing outside etc. Will be going again for the 100th.

    I am planning to watch the finish of this for the first time this year. Any tips on a good spot to watch. i.e is there a big screen nearby. Ease of parking etc.

    Hello . First post. Will be interesting to see how Froome does. But I would be surprised in his first attempt at a podium place. Sky didn't perform in these courses at all yet so why should they start now? Are they still not waiting a first win in the 'Monuments'?
