I'm confused. How can he race this August if it's a two year ban??? Is this some sort of bueracratic BS where he's getting "time served" considered? He's been racing the whole time since he popped hot! This doesn't pass the common sense test, but then again we're talking about UIC rules here...

Would appreciate any info anyone may have on this company. All I know is they are now making bicycles (don't know for how long they have been doing this) and that they used to (still do?) make motorcycles. Thanks in advance and keep riding smart.
