Has nothing to do with the route. Vlasov from 2022 or 2024 would have great chance of riding podium here. He's great at rolling terrain.

Not really, with Vlasov there it might make sense to have 2 leaders. Last time he rode Valencia he was beaten after all by him.

Almeida isn't very technical rider either. Remco will win that time trial easily. I think this course suited McNulty better than Almeida.
