The wheels are supplied with a thickish spacer that you need for all speeds apart from 11. You need no further spacer for 9spd but need the additional thin spacer (supplied with the cassette) for 10spd.

No logic here at all! If they are clean they have no need to 'give the others a bit of hope'. If they are dirty they should be hung from the highest branch. Similarly if they are clean both the RR and the TT are 'fair game' and if they are dirty neither are.

Sky won't get popped - but an isolated rider at some point doping on his own 'off the ranch' must be a possibility.

And this is why there will always be doping! We all love cavalier escapes, rides 'al la Jens' and these depend on doping to a greater or lesser degree. Also why not treat all dopers the same? Either doping is acceptable or it isn't. Saying 'I like x so will tolerate his doping' (sometimes...
