feels like tendon swollen/discomfort inside of knee while in saddle. pain at top of stroke, while standing/out of saddle for 10-15 degrees, discomfort then under knee cap. An annoyance. no pain standing, walking around. the pain diminishes after 30-40 minutes of riding. so just spinning...

just a thought, when spraying with polyurethane, make sure it is above 50 degrees, on a day with no humidity. if not, then you will be spraying milk. made this mistake more than once.
